We’re looking for a hands-on, highly organized Salon Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations at Peter Marks Salon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and knows how to keep things running smoothly while keeping the vibe positive and professional.
As our Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the staff, maintaining a top-tier client experience, overseeing inventory and scheduling, and helping drive business growth. You’ll work closely with ownership and play a key role in shaping the energy and culture of the space.
What we’re looking for:
Previous salon or front desk experience
Confident with scheduling, conflict resolution, and multitasking
Comfortable using Vagaro Pro (or willing to learn)
Strong communicator and natural leader
Friendly, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry
