Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Handle inbound calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to in-vehicle infotainment systems, powertrain, and embedded automotive software.
Automotive System Support: Provide technical support for vehicle support systems, automotive sensors, APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module), PCM (Power-train Control Module), PCU (Power Control Unit), and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems).
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate and timely solutions to automotive issues.
Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of automotive software modules and embedded systems to diagnose and solve technical problems.
Training and Development: Participate in training programs provided by Client to enhance your skills in automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic support.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, or related fields. Fresher’s with relevant education in automotive infotainment systems are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive mechanics, automotive sensors, powertrain systems, and embedded automotive software.
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Education: Relevant technical certification or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
