Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Appliance Repair Technicians. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, and microwaves
Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure they are operating efficiently
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options and provide exceptional service
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow in the appliance repair field
