Location: Shop in Troy, MI (various job sites)
Position Overview:
Basement Waterproofing of Michigan is hiring Laborers to assist with waterproofing projects. Work with crew leaders to complete jobs safely, cleanly, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Assist with waterproofing installations and repairs
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Keep job sites clean and organized
Follow safety guidelines
Support crew to ensure projects finish on time
Qualifications:
Construction or waterproofing experience preferred (will train)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (extra hours as needed)
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
W-2 employee position (no subcontractors)
