Barn Builder looking for hard working jack of all trades or master of one. Must be able and willing to carry heavy materials & equipment, work on ladders, in trenches, on roofs and high scaffolding. We build only new construction post buildings from the ground up. This includes site-prep, framing, roofing, steel & vinyl siding, concrete floors, under ground utilities, overhead door installation, insulation, drywall & paneling, finish carpentry and final grading & seeding. We rarely do the same job for more than a few days. You will use modern tools and equipment. We work smarter, not harder ! Must have own transportation and tool belt. Jobs are located in Holly, Oxford and Lake Orion. Must be able to start immediately. We have full schedule of jobs through to 2021. Wages are based upon the amount of experience you have and how much supervision you require. Job bounces excluded for crew supervisors. Cash contract to start, W-2 after 90 days, No 1099's.
