JC Beal Construction LLC has been engaged to perform a Design Build “Preserve Scope” of work on 6 substantial historic Detroit area buildings of 3-7 stories each. The work will include building investigation, design and engineering, environmental remediation and cleanout, interior demolition, significant structural repairs, and façade restorations.
We are looking to immediately add to our team to support these new projects the following:
Superintendent: Must have experience managing, and preferably participating in, demolition and structural and rough carpentry work
