Payroll, Taxes, Time and a half. One week paid vacation or sick leave a year once you have credited hours logged. We are wide spread in the field. Commercial build outs, residential, generators, service upgrades, hot tubs , custom swimming pools with control systems, EV chargers and etc. All wealthy customer base.
