Well-established general contracting company seeking experienced Commercial Construction Carpenters and Drywall Finishers with qualified experience in retail and office build-outs.
Carpenter Responsibilities include:
Following established safety rules and regulations. Also, maintaining a clean work environment
Metal framing, drywall hanging, setting acoustical ceilings, and door installations
An occasional night and/or weekend shifts may be asked of you
Having reliable transportation to report to changing work sites
Qualifications:
Strong commercial carpentry skills including acoustical ceilings, door and hardware installation, and metal frame work.
Experience completing work in occupied environments
Experience with retail, restaurant, medical and office building construction
Friendly and positive attitude
Dependable team player with reliable attendance
Must be able to consistently maintain a professional demeanor
All Carpenters must have their own tools.
We are also looking for laborers and drivers with a chauffeur's license or CDL
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. Reliable transportation a MUST.
We offer VERY competetive wages and an exceptional benefit package, including health, dental, vision, life and short-term disabily the first of the month following 60 days, six paid holidays after 90 days, 401k plan after six months with a company match and a week vacation after one year. Pay is every week. 40 hour work week with ocassional overtime.
