I've hired all sorts of guys and by biggest problem I have is guys don't come in and call in sick all the time. I need a good hard working guy. I always have at least 4-5 basements always going. We do finished basements. I hire out all framing, drywall, painting and HVAC. I need guys that can do finish carpentry, tile, vinyl flooring, installing doors, light electrical (guided with instructions if needed). I'm fully licensed and insured. You must be able to carrying in most of your materials too. I will always do what I can to get more than one person on a job but sometimes it would work out where you work alone. if you are a great fit for my company then you'll make more.
