Looking for a full time apartment maintenance technician. Typical work day 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with Occasional Weekend / After Hours Emergencies. Typical Tasks:
-Painting
-Turning Vacant Apartments when tenants move out
-Drywall Repairs (large and small)
-HVAC (boilers, Furnaces, AC)
-Minor Electrical
-Plumbing Repairs
-General Building Upkeep and Maintenance Tasks
-Service Calls
-Carpentry Skills would be great
Hourly Pay based on Experience and Skills. Must have reliable transportation to St Clair Shores. Applicants subject to background check and Drug Testing. Looking for a Skilled, reliable, hard working, motivated individual with good character
