The Apartment Prep Professional can earn an hourly rate of $11.00 - $13.00 per hour, based on skill and previous experience. Our Prep professionals also have the potential to earn a quarterly bonus of up to $300.00.
Position Requirements:
-Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready, including basic plumbing, electrical repair, and painting.
-Must provide own hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Drivers License.
-Ability to assist with snow removal during and after normal work hours.
-Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents.

-Ability to prepare a vacant apartment, such as cleaning and minor maintenance as well as assist with daily grounds and delivering mail to residents apartments when needed.
- Complete various projects throughout the apartment community.
-Must provide basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Drivers License.
-Ability to assist with snow removal during and after normal work hours.
-Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents.
