TO QUALIFY you must have a minimum of three years experience with reputable paint contractors, reliable transportation and your own hand tools.
WE ONLY HIRE THE BEST! To work with us, you must be reliable and hard working, have flawless customer service skills, integrity, and a positive, get-it-done attitude. You must have great masking, brush, roll, and mud skills and be able to lift, climb, and work on high ladders Great spray skills for our cabinet business are a plus! You must be willing to work long days and an occasional Saturday when needed.
In return, we help great painters become outstanding team leaders and managers, and offer sub-contractors all the fill- in work they can handle.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Full time, part time and subcontract work -
- CREW LEADERS with strong customer service skills, the experience and ability to direct and manage a team, knowledge of tools, materials, techniques and safety, and the ability to monitor, inspect and correct errors.
- EXPERIENCED PAINTERS with tools, neat and conscientious, strong and energetic with good mask, mud, brush, roll, and spray experience, and the willingness and strength to complete quality work in the shortest possible time.
- ESTIMATORS with excellent communication and customer service skills, organized, analytical and detail oriented.
- SUB CONTRACTORS who would like fill-in work, minimum of five years in business, great customer service skills, tools including a van or truck (no sign on vehicle), your own drops, ladders, sprayer, power washer, etc. You must be a registered business entity with a company bank account and your own insurances.
TO WORK FOR US you must have a valid Michigan drivers license, your own reliable car or truck and be bondable (no previous felony convictions).
