Job Description
Please don't apply if you aren't comfortable with heights. Spring of 2026 we will roll out an installation-only crew which will need a lead (could be you), this fall will be a mix of installations, repairs, and cleanings.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working at heights safely, and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Install seamless gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, and related components
Measure and cut gutter materials accurately
Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools
Inspect existing gutter systems and recommend repairs or upgrades
Ensure work meets company and customer standards
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Clean gutters and make recommendations
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Take before/after photos of job
Qualifications:
Prior experience in gutter installation, roofing, or construction preferred (but not required)
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and safety
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
