Looking for someone with hand skills, carpentry, or handyman experience to help finish up a residential project near 96 & Southfield. Just trying to knock this project out and get the place rented.

Flooring
Hanging doors
Light roofing
Fixture plumbing
Painting
Window wrapping (if you can bend metal, big plus)
Nothing too fancy. Most tools are already on-site. Just need someone reliable and ready to go. You’d be working solo or with me depending on the day.
This could be a great fit for someone retired or in between jobs. Open to cash payment in the right situation or 1099—flexible either way.
Important: I don’t care what you do on your own time—but on the job, I need you sober, sharp, and dependable.
