We're currently looking for a Heating & Cooling Apprentice who is ready to learn the trade, work hard, and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Learn proper techniques for ductwork, wiring, refrigeration, and system troubleshooting
Work closely with experienced technicians to build your technical skills
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Participate in company-sponsored training, workshops, and certification programs
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Eagerness to learn the HVAC trade
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various/extreme weather conditions
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and stay focused on the job
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Mechanical experience or HVAC trade school background is a bonus, but not required
