Due to high demand of our services , T & T Underground Co / T & T Designs and Construction is currently on the hunt and is seeking to fill the following positions.
IMMEDIATE positions available , same day employment opportunities
Where :
T & T is based out of Troy MI. Field teams do travel for work in some instances, so applicants should be willing to drive up to 45 Minites from Detroit , in order to access certain projects. Generally speaking , most projects are located I'm Oakland & Wayne County.
Office admin applicants will work remotely from home , with 2-4 Office reports per month.

In order for us to meet this demand , it's necessary to fill certain needs by adding to existing field crews , assembling new field crews , while also filling the never ending need for administration relief.

□ Compensation & Rate:
▪︎ Hourly Pay ▪︎ 401K w/ 100% company match up to Maximum allowable percentage. (Available after 6 Months of employment)

▪︎ Rate : Hourly / based on experience

□ Requirements :
▪︎ Experienced operators only ▪︎ Valid Drivers license & Tranportation required
▪︎ Efficient and Safe in use & operation of:
○Trackhoe ○ Dozer ○ Loader ○ CTL ○ Backhoe ○ Vibratory Compactor , etc.
□ Work radius : (+ , - ) 40 miles / Detroit, MI.
□ Est. Work Week: 40-60 Hrs. / 365

■ Requirements :
▪︎ Construction background & Construction knowledge prefered but Not required. Willing to train a dedicated and driven prospect.
▪︎ Must be efficient in the use of computers and computer software. Must know , or be willing to learn the following programs :
Microsoft Outlook Word & Excel Google tasks / Drive Planswift 11 Company CRM Facebook ads Mngr., Google ads Mngr, Other standard databases and software
■ Tasks :
▪︎ Perform Clerical duties such as:
▪︎ CRM Input and schedule updates ▪︎ Job Scheduling , email correspondence and overview , Clerical input & data entry ,Time clock overview & input. Project Invoicing, Call screening & call forwarding, Spreadsheet creation & generating Sales Material , Contract input, General Cost code creation and implementation
▪︎ Client outreach & Scheduling
▪︎ Misc. Office duties
□ Work radius : Remote / occasional office meetings on 2-4 work days per Month.
□ Work Hours : Min. 40 Hour weeks / Generally 40-50 , some evening hours required depending on scope of work.
