Impact Painting is looking for dedicated painters to join our attitude- and drama-free team! We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, welcoming individuals with or without experience. If you’re eager to learn, reliable, and ready to work in a positive environment, we’d love to have you on board. Experienced painters are also encouraged to apply, with competitive pay based on skill level.
Positions & Pay Ranges:
Entry-Level Painters – No experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn! $12 Cash end of day
1-2 Years of Experience – $19-$22 per hour
2-4 Years of Experience – $22-$25 per hour
Journeyman Painters – $25-$27 per hour
Lead Painters/Foremans – $28-$30 per hour (must have experience managing jobs and ensuring customer satisfaction). Basicly complete multiple
Jobs with no complaints. Fit within budget of project. Work alone, Finish Jobs Alone, Babysit free
Requirements:
Must have basic hand tools (caulk gun, brush, mud knife, etc.)—we provide everything else
Must have whites (proper work attire)
Comfortable with heights (ladder and scaffold work)
Timely and professional work ethic
Willingness to work in a drama-free, positive environment
Payment Structure:
1099 contractors, paid out weekly
First few days paid in cash
