Properties are located in the TRI-COUNTY AREA. - No Detroit Currently
Some homes are in need of professional paint, molding, appliance install, light plumbing, light electrical etc MUST BE EXPERIENCED
TRI COUNTY - WAYNE, OAKLAND, MACOMB currently
Must be able to work as a TEAM MEMBER and have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
QUALITY IS REQUIRED ( see pictures attached of our expectations of quality of work)
Below are just some criteria that WE REQUIRE in order to work with us:
1. must have knowledge of General Tool, power tools and the like
2. must have reliable transportation
3. must show proof of identity - DL or PICTURE ID
4. must be able to work on a Team, as a Team member and work well with others
5. must be able to text and have email access- you maybe required to text or email pictures of the job site
6. you will be paid by company check a W9 is required to be filled out
