Journeyman and Master Plumbers with Commercial Building Experience
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Plumber with a focus on commercial building projects. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of commercial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, repair, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Plumbing Installations: Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, including piping, valves, fittings, water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems, within commercial buildings.
Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the scope of work, material requirements, and project specifications, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
Code Compliance: Ensure that all plumbing installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including ADA accessibility requirements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify the integrity, functionality, and performance of plumbing systems and components, identifying and addressing any deficiencies or issues promptly.
Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety protocols, practices, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel and subcontractors, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Master Plumber or journeyman license
