About the Job
We are seeking seasoned carpenters experienced in roofing and siding repairs to fill a full-time, year-round Lead Carpenter position at our South Lyon location. Lead Carpenter will work as a leader of a team to complete repairs to exteriors of homes across Southeast Michigan. Successful candidates have the technical skills to complete the work and the ability to interact with co-workers and customers to solve problems independently. Basic Qualifications:
1. Ability to act as jobsite foreman for service jobs
2. Ability to interact with customers and colleagues to resolve issues
3. Valid driver's license
4. Ability to report to work at 7am Monday-Friday
5. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

About the Company

What began as a one-man operation has grown to two offices, one in South Lyon and one in Rochester Hills, and 35 full-time staff members. Founder John McCarter still leads the company to this day.
