Some of what we are looking for is below:
yard clean up- raking, bagging and removing debris from property
(we do not put anything at the curb)
tree trimming- bush trimming- hedge trimming
edging
Power washing – depends on property
adding mulch or black dirt where needed in beds
Installing a 2 stacked (landscaping blocks) retaining wall usually on front of house to make a nice flower bed look
painting bottom of the house (concrete on bottom of house usually will need a coat of paint)
repairing small items like fencing and adding gutter extensions
Installing mailbox
installing a number plaque for address on front of house - we have a specific kind we use - see pictures
Light painting etc. whatever is needed to make the home look like the pictures on this Ad
