We are currently seeking an apartment maintenance technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, and other required tasks. Must be available for after hours emergency maintenance rotation paid dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Maintain the grounds (including shoveling salt in the winter)
Estimate time of extensive repairs
Punctual and great attendance
Communicate accurately with management team
Prepping apartments for move-in
Assessing apartment move-out state
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Experience with lighting, plumbing, painting, HVAC
Some construction or remodel experience preferred
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Must be willing to work at other properties, though you’ll be primarily at your “home” property
Qualifications:
Great attitude!
Previous experience and maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment- must have your own tools!
Open to weekend and overtime is needed
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail oriented
Works with others, especially in team efforts.
