Local restoration company is looking for a hard working reliable Mitigation Technician
Job Description:
The Production Field Technician/Water Technician position is the Mitigation Department’s execution arm for the start and completion of projects with a specialty in Water damage cleanup and mold removal. The Technician will work under the Operations Management team to ensure the successful execution of projects with the Maher standards of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
General and selective demolition
Mold Remediation
Water restoration as needed
Maintain company standards for safety
Attend and contribute to company meetings
Complete work scheduled by Mitigation Management team
Maintain vehicles in cleanliness, inventory and supplies with weekly inventory
Conduct emergency services when needed
Perform and record dry down readings per company protocol, daily with photo documentation
Set dust, remediation and drying containment
Equipment placement, moisture mapping and daily monitoring while dry down
Management of debris
Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and efficient manner
Maintain active driver’s license that meets our insurance company’s requirements
Wear personal protection equipment as needed
Represent themselves as a professional Maher team member in presentation, actions, words and appearance
Must have a drivers license!
