Winters Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable cleaning subcontractor (1099) to fulfill a full weekday schedule that includes porter duties during the day and commercial cleaning in the evening.
Position Overview:
Maintain restrooms, lobbies, and common areas during business hours
Empty trash, spot clean, and restock supplies (Porter Shift)
Perform deep cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and break areas after hours (Cleaning Shift)
Requirements:
Prior commercial cleaning or porter experience
Reliable transportation
Smartphone required (for use with Swept software)
Able to work independently and follow a consistent schedule
Supplies preferred (can be provided if necessary)
Must be dependable and consistent — this is a steady contract
Ensure a professional, consistent level of cleanliness throughout the facility
