JC Beal Construction LLC has been engaged to perform a Design Build “Preserve Scope” of work on 6 substantial historic Detroit area buildings of 3-7 stories each. The work will include building investigation, design and engineering, environmental remediation and cleanout, interior demolition, significant structural repairs, and façade restorations.
We are looking to immediately add to our team to support these new projects the following:
Project Manager: The ideal candidate would have an extensive background in Building Restoration and Structural Repairs, along with experience in preconstruction services and design management.
This individual will initially work with and report directly to the President
