Do you like to work on houses, but you are sick of bidding on jobs, trying to line up work and all the headache that comes with it. If you are skilled with your hands and always looking to learn more, we are looking for you.
Who we are:
- We're a property management company in Detroit managing over a 100 units
- We do anything and everything on a house from huge renovations to small jobs
Here's what we're looking for:
- You must be skilled in at least two of the six trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC
- You must have basic tools (impact driver, screw driver, hammer, tape measure, various saws, etc.
- You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
- Smart phone with ability to take pictures, videos and download apps

- love to build houses and fix what's broken
What we offer:
- $1250/week to start and a raise after 90 days
- A company car after 90 days
- Advanced training in other trades from the Detroit Training Center
- You will be paired up with somebody else who is just starting out in the trades
