Description
Full time, 1099 position for eager individuals with maintenance / handyman skills. Position requires each mainteannace technician to complete no fewer than 15 work orders a week. Proof of work via photos is required. All materials will be supplied and paid for by the company. Job does require a large amount of driving.
Requirements
Must have your own tools.
Must have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Must be available Monday - Friday during the hours of 9am - 5pm
Must be available after hours and on weekends for potential emergencies
Must use vendor portal (training will be provided)
Must have basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring skills.
At times, simple yard work / trimming may be assigned
Bonus incentive offered for completing more than required work orders each week.
