Do nice rehab work (SEE PICTURES ATTACHED OF OUR EXPECTATION OF QUALITY)
Must do quality work and be able to provide a kitchen drawing for rehab or similar
Must have own transportation and tools
Must be able to pull permits, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC
Must have at least 2 additional workers (crew) to expedite the rehab and complete in a timely manner
Must be able to provide a written quote within a timely manner
You will be required to sign a W-9 and provide a copy of valid picture ID to work with us
