If you can perform the standard jobs required on a job sites that include but are not limited to:
installing flooring - plank or vinyl, install tub surround (tile), install interior /exterior doors, trim molding, excellent paint jobs, and the like, and are looking to have year round work and provide quality work at a fair price, then please reach out to us with your Phone Number and Email address and we will respond.
Some of our requirements are listed below
Do nice quality rehab work (SEE PICTURES ATTACHED OF OUR EXPECTATION OF QUALITY)
Must do quality painting, drywall and the like
Must have own transportation and tools
Must be able to pull permits, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC we pull our own Building
Must have at least 3 additional workers (crew) to expedite the rehab and complete in a timely manner
Must be able to provide a written quote within a timely manner and send to Email
You will be required to submit a W-9 and provide a copy of valid picture ID to work with us
