Heavy duty mechanic lead needed for a trailer repair shop. Qualified candidates will have knowledge in welding (mig, tig), DOT inspections, fabrication, and knowledge of heavy duty trailers. The ability to keep deadlines is also a must.
You will be expected to hire your team members.
Strong problem solving skills, understanding of prioritizing jobs and delegating of jobs are a must. Seeking someone who is dependable, and self-motivated.
$30+/hour depending on experience and possible incentives
