We are seeking established, experienced, and professional handyman contractors to serve one or multiple properties throughout the Metro Detroit area.

Key Terms and Conditions:
+ This is not an offer for employment, but rather, would be an independent third party contractor
+ You will need to need to provide proof of business liability insurance, applicable state licensing, and workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
+ You will be responsible for providing your own tools and equipment necessary to perform the scope of work
+ Invoices for work performed shall be submitted upon work completion, payment terms vary from 15 to 30 days depending on the job engagement
+ Generous revenue sharing compensation structure

General Requirements and Qualifications:
+ Responding party should have at least 3 years handyman, maintenance or relevant experience
+ Strong attention to detail with a "customer first" mentality
+ Established operational controls to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and consistently meets requirements
+ Ability to utilize electronic and mobile devices to respond to and complete work orders
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Strong safety mentality
+ High levels of professionalism at all levels of the organization.
Task Descriptions:
+ Contracted work varies and can include, but is not limited to: replacing/repairing lighting fixtures, toilet replacement/repair, unclogging drains, faucet repair/replacement , light-duty carpentry and drywall repair, touch-up painting, etc.
+ Contractor must have the ability to respond to requests within a 24-48 hour period
