As a fully air-conditioned shop with a team of professionals, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality service and repairs possible. Our technicians are the backbone of our operation, and we are seeking an individual who is committed to excellence in all aspects of their work.
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a small engine repair shop. You must be familiar with all aspects of equipment repair and be fast and reliable. Additionally, you must be able to work well with others and as part of a team. Heavy lifting may be required at times.
We offer a full-time position with hours available year-round. No one has ever been laid off from our team, and there is opportunity for management for the right person.
Our shop features more lifts and high-speed tools than most others in the area, including two large single-post lifts for riders and larger equipment. This allows our technicians to complete jobs in less than half the time of other shops, which can easily push your earnings up to $30 per hour or more.
We are committed to paying our technicians at the upper end of the range in this field, and we continually evaluate our compensation packages to ensure we are offering the best possible pay and benefits.
