Must be able to self-perform the following work per commercial specification and standards:
· Metal Framing
· Drywall & Finish
· Paint
· Ceramic, Porcelain, and Quarry Tile
· Acoustical ceiling systems
· Miscellaneous trim and accessory installations
Must be willing to traveling around the Midwest region (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois) for 8-10 weeks at a time. Further travel may also be available.
Contracts will be based upon scope of work per approved set of drawings and include per diem and travel allowances.
Must have $1M GL insurance and applicable workers compensation policy
