Qualifications
Ability to complete an average of 5 full-frame window replacements per day.
Reliable transportation and access to necessary tools.
Proven experience in full-frame window installation.
In-depth familiarity with installation techniques and construction principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
All crews must carry liability insurance and be willing to add John McCarter Construction as an additional insured on their policy.
Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our seasoned project management team to fully grasp and complete the project's scope, timeline, and specific requirements.
Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and best practices, creating a secure work environment for your team and all stakeholders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
Foster open communication with the project manager, crew members, and fellow subcontractors, facilitating seamless coordination.
Address on-site challenges promptly and professionally, seeking guidance from project management when necessary.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and aligns with our commitment to quality.
