We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate loads for company drivers and owner-operators
Communicate efficiently with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Monitor load progress and ensure on-time delivery
Handle driver check-ins, track movements, and resolve on-road issues
Maintain accurate dispatch records and trip updates
Work closely with the Maintenance, Safety and Accounting departments to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
2+ years of dispatching experience in the trucking industry (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ELDs, HOS, and DOT compliance (Motive experience a plus)
Must be dependable, organized, and professional
On-site position — candidates must be able to work from our Romulus office
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (some flexibility may be required)
Competitive pay based on experience
