We are a Detroit area towing company is looking for experienced Dispatchers. This position supports our towing, impound, emergency response, and breakdown services.
This position requires the ability to perform tasks successfully while working within a fast paced environment. Duties also detailed paperwork verification and data entry.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants who apply must have at least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably using dispatching software in transportation and/or logistics industry. Geographical knowledge of Detroit and the surrounding cities in Metro Detroit is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Able to work afternoons, weekends and nights
MUST pass a drug test and a customer service skills assessment test
