Offered is a full time position handling daily shipping and receiving activity for an industrial service company. This is a full time position that offers an ambitious candidate the opportunity to learn on the job and implement changes for improvement. Although we are looking for experience, we may consider non experienced candidates willing to learn. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, however, overtime as required is welcome. Responsibilities include but not limited to;
Preparing shipping documents.
Preparing and packaging an assortment of different products for shipment; boxing, palletizing, etc.
Coordinating freight transits, driver pick ups, and deliveries.
Receiving daily shipment from freight, UPS, FedEx, and customers.
Deliver last minute/rush packages to freight hubs on rare occasion.
Requirements but not limited to;
Ability to regularly lift and/or manipulate weighted packages.
Able to safely drive fork trucks.
Possess good written and verbal skills for transit communications.
Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Reliable attendance.
NDA/NC required.
