Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry at our location in DEXTER, Michigan. The role involves significant interaction with various systems and individuals, requiring precision and detail-orientation. The Project Assistant will have a key role in managing the administrative needs and documentation to ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities Facilitate the setup of jobs, including the provision of necessary documents and information to clients Administer the distribution of invoices for completed work using Timberline software and manage follow-ups for overdue invoices Carry out various assigned administrative tasks Prepare and dispatch quotes for setting up jobs, and maintain a tracking system for these quotes Provide support in arranging paper folders for billing and field staff, ensuring a customer-focused service Understand the flow of a job from the quoting stage to completion to ensure smooth operations Handle the closure of jobs after completion, ensuring all documentation and administrative tasks are appropriately managed.
