Position SummaryThe team, as well as MSU and PRL, provides a professional, friendly, and supportive environment that benefits the career and personal development of all members.The incumbent will join a vibrant team of NSF-funded research scholars, participating in ongoing research projects regarding plant biotic and abiotic stress. The incumbent will be expected to design and execute experiments, analyze data, present results at professional meetings, and write manuscripts for publication in appropriate journals. In addition to the research activities, the position also includes duties related to general lab organization and mentoring undergraduates.A start date of April 1st, 2024, is preferred, but alternative timelines will be considered. The initial appointment is available for one year, with the potential for continuation contingent upon funding and performance. The candidate should communicate and collaborate effectively with a team of researchers from diverse scientific backgrounds.
