Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job. Your Impact and Responsibilities:Purpose of the position:Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shiftActs as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurantManages cash handling and ensures accountabilityGeneral to the role:Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standardsExecutes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standardsUses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when neededDirects crewmembers during a shiftProvides exemplary customer serviceUtilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurantAuthorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working orderCompletes other duties as assigned

This position is directly responsible for the membership sales, finding and contacting prospects, and financial growth of the membership sales at their location. Facility Management- Maintain the integrity of the facility and advice regarding equipment needs and purchases. Service Standards- Provide excellent customer service, which includes regular engagement with members such as helping them to create and achieve goals. Customer Satisfaction- Make decisions and fulfill requests in regards to positive and negative feedback, cessation of membership requests, and other club related inquiries. Community Involvement- Build and maintain business to business relationships, attend local community events. Brand Ambassador- Exemplify what it means to be an Anytime Fitness team member by working every day to better yourself and those around you. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Indirectly supervises 2-5 employees within the facility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; maintaining work schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.   QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Needs to be able to work from facility. Needs to be able to work required hours as listed: Monday- Thursday – 11a-7p Friday – 8a-12p Strong communication skills. Must be coachable. Strong problem-solving skills. Passionate about health and fitness. Understands the importance of team cohesion. Must be personable. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certificates, licenses and registrations required:  CPR/AED Certification Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite, POS Systems (not required but a plus), Gym Management Software (not required but a plus).
