Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related role, preferably in an academic or community-based setting.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience in data collection and program evaluation.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with educational or employment-related interventions.
Knowledge of positive psychology, peer mentoring, and self-discovery practices.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with job development and coaching practices.
