Job Objective: Contribute to the overall growth, profitability, and success of the company. Meet the demands of the Service Department while offering exceptional customer service. Offer support to field technicians to insure efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of schedule and work day.
ï Support and carry out the directives of the Service Manager
ï Answer phone calls and assist coworkers and customers
ï Schedule work orders and requests
ï Work order quotes
ï Monitor inventory levels at warehouse to meet demands of the schedule
ï Work order entry and inventory allocation of product
ï Excellent, Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable phone interaction with customers
ï Weekly reports: Backlog (85-Service), Aging of C.O.D. and Retail accounts.
ï Review and analyze completed work orders for efficiency and accuracy prior to passing onto invoicing.
ï Invoice service calls and clean and checks
ï Offer support to field staff to ensure efficient and successful work day

ï Work with Permit Specialist to ensure permits are pulled and finalized
ï Work with Warranty Specialist to ensure warranty claims are filed
ï Work with Inventory control to ensure adequate inventory and movements
ï Work with Accounting to ensure proper collection of service work
ï Support and back up Biller and other Coordinators and Office Staff as needed
ï Build and maintain customer's confidence by exceeding their expectations.
