Position Summary:Supports effective operations of the quality improvement and organizational excellence areas by assisting with performing quality and compliance related activities, including abstracting, compiling & collecting data, coordinating & preparing reports for the analysis of health care quality outcomes, measures, and customer experience, in compliance with CHAP and other regulatory standards.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1.Participates in and develops appropriate documentation to track program quality, volume, and satisfaction metrics.
Utilizes business intelligence software to extract, analyze, and interpret data in order to generate reports for data visualization.
Participates in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the development of sub-groups, recording and communicating assignments, developing and circulating meeting agendas to get focused efforts on improving metric outcomes.
Tracks the improvement of quality outcomes across the service line by exporting data from various healthcare registries and updating dashboards in a timely manner.
Monitors and assesses system performance metrics using tabular and graphical analysis tools. Reports on trends and/ or anomalies at regular intervals or as requested.

An associate degree in business, health care or related field.
1 year of experience in IT data management, spreadsheets, & excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field.
Quality Management accreditation.
