Applications Technician/Robot Booth OperatorApplications tech, Spray booth preparation operations and cleanup, Paint mix room organization 5S and cleanup, lab and operations area cleanup and 5S, panel preparation, processing and cleanup, reduction of paint samples and transfer of paints and solvents from 55 gallon drums, 5 gallon pails to smaller samples, proper handling of waste streams and waste materials, setup of robotic application spray processes, setup and operation of spray equipment, spray booths, ovens, robots programs and atomizers, cleanup and storage of applications equipment, ovens, test equipment, etc Product spray process sequencing, processing of DOE Design of experiments, use of measurement devices and use of test equipment. Working with chemist and customer teams to plan /execute DOE and project spray trials. Paint and spray process experience. Robotic operations or robotic process and programming experience. Spray atomizer use and setup experience. Paint handling, reduction bench work. Use of test or measurement devices.
