We are HIRING/ IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for experienced reliable caregivers. We want the best for our clients. and that means the best caregivers! We pay time an a half on major holidays. Christmas, incentive, and referral bonuses!
Full Time Availability Preferred
Hourly shifts: Pay based on Experience and Skill Level starting $10.75/$12 hour
24 HR SHIFTS various area/ clients through out Genesee County:
24 hr/ live in shift - means caregiver will stay 24 hrs at a time, sleep at night when client sleeps. Prepare and eat 3 meals a day with client. Caregiver will have down time during the day when clients needs are met. Caregiver can watch tv, read a book, but must be available if client needs them. Pays a flat per DAY rate starting at 154.40 to $193 / day. $231 on major holidays. Caregivers can gross between $616 to $1003 every 2 wks, working only 4 to 6 day out of 14 day pay period.

Responsibilities and Duties
We assist clients in their homes with:
Personal care/ Grooming
All ADL's
Meal prep
Med reminding
Blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring
light housekeeping
laundry
companionship
transportation to appts
Qualifications and Skills
Caregivers must have:
previous work experience in this field, or be a CNA
Valid Drivers License
your own reliable vehicle
flexible availability, weekends and holiday rotation are required
Must follow care plan for each client
provide accurate documentation on shift reports
communicate changes/concerns to supervisor
Most important, must have a big heart and compassion for the elderly.
