Belill Eye Care in Clio, MI is hiring a full-time Optometric Assistant. This role is cross-trained in front desk, patient pre-testing, and optical support.
No experience required — full training provided.
Entry-level candidates start at $15–$16/hr
Experienced candidates (2+ years optical dispensing/clinical skills) may qualify for higher pay (17–$20+/hr)
Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am–7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
No weekends or major holidays
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and managing front desk tasks
Performing pre-tests (vision, OCT, Optos, etc.)
Supporting the doctor with patient care
Assisting in the optical department (frames, measurements, adjustments)
Helping with contact lens orders and patient communication

Compensation & Benefits:
