Paid Time Off
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, with optional overtime Saturdays 8-12 during spring/summer(busy season).
Clean Driving record required/Willing to be mobile.
Proven experience or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with auto glass installation techniques, including working with various vehicle makes and models.
Knowledge of ADAS technology, calibration procedures, and vehicle electronics integration recommended but can be trained.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installations.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and explaining repairs to customers.
Self motivated/Self Starter and positive attitude required.
