We are a large apartment complex and are seeking an experienced maintenance tech with HVAC experience.
Must have a good attitude, be dependable and be a team player.
Experience in the following areas is a must:
Installing kitchen cabinets, bath tubs, tub surrounds, bathroom vanities, ac/ furnace install, and ceramic tile.
Basic plumbing and electrical
Ordering and inventory
Trim work
Pool up keep
Must be willing to do grounds walk every morning, trash clean up, share on call rotation and snow removal/ salting in the winter.
Work schedule is 9-5 Monday thru Friday, with on call rotation
Paid holidays and sick after 90 days and paid vacation after 1 year
