Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
This is an entry level position with room for advancement.
Duties would include some plumbing repairs, light electrical, painting, day-to-day work orders such as:
Lock changes, blind replacement, running toilets, leaky sinks, troubleshooting appliance repairs, HVAC issues, etc.
You will be required to use your phone to manage your work orders on our app.
We manage apartments in Northern Oakland and Southern Genesee counties. We also have 3 apartment complexes
in Tuscola County. You would need to travel to the various locations and will reimbursed you for mileage.
Must be willing to visit multiple locations on an as-needed basis.
