Handyman Wanted – Genesee County
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to help maintain and repair hundreds of rental properties throughout the Genesee County area. This is a hands-on position that requires a variety of repair and maintenance skills.
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation (travel between properties required)
Must have your own tools
Hands-on experience with general repairs, maintenance, and property upkeep
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Dependable and hardworking attitude
Job Duties May Include:
General carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Painting, drywall, and patchwork
Routine maintenance tasks
